Overview
Mougins British International School, long known as Mougins School and now part of the Globeducate group, was founded in 1964. It is one of the longest-established British schools on the French Riviera.
Its pupils, aged 3 to 18, come from more than 55 nationalities. The school follows the British National Curriculum, with IGCSE and A-Level qualifications.
The campus, six buildings with sports grounds and woodland, is at 615 avenue Maurice Donat in Mougins, on the Mougins side of Sophia Antipolis.

IGCSE programme
The school teaches the International General Certificate of Secondary Education (IGCSE) through the Cambridge and Edexcel boards, which leading universities recognise worldwide.
Pupils study a broad range of sciences, humanities, languages and creative subjects, and build solid subject knowledge and critical thinking. The IGCSE puts weight on practical skills, independent investigation and the habits of thought each discipline demands.
Demanding exams keep the teaching sharp, while flexible options let pupils specialise in their strengths and interests. Assessment mixes coursework and exams, to suit different ways of learning.

A-Level programme
The A-Level programme is the top tier of British secondary education and lets pupils specialise in academic subjects after the IGCSE. Most take three or four subjects and develop the advanced knowledge, analysis and independent research skills that university requires.
A-Levels usually take two years after the IGCSE and end in exams that decide university entry. BTEC courses are also offered after the IGCSE.

- Application fee: €690 for the first child, €540 for each sibling
- Registration fee: none for Nursery to Year 1, €3,500 from Year 2
- Excellence Fund: €2,000 per child
