Why private

Many owners in the hinterland prefer to sell without a listing: no photos on the portals, no curious visitors, no published price. We show their homes only to buyers we have met and whose plans we understand.

How it works

  1. Your request

Tell us about your plans in a few lines.

  2. A call with your adviser

Your adviser calls you to understand what you are looking for and why.

  3. A selection for you

We share the homes entrusted to us, and those on the wider market, that match your brief.

Questions we are often asked

What is an off-market property?

An off-market property is a home for sale that is not published on the portals or in an agency window. The owner entrusts it to an agency that presents it directly to selected buyers.

Who has access to the Private Collection?

Any serious buyer who tells us about their plans. We review every request, and your adviser calls you before sharing any homes.

Is there a cost for access?

No. The request and the first conversation with your adviser cost nothing and commit you to nothing.

Prefer to talk it through?

Write to us and your adviser usually replies within one working day. We work in English, French, German and Polish.
