La Reserve works in partnership with eXp France and its eXp Luxury programme, and every La Reserve adviser is an eXp Luxury member. You keep one adviser who knows your sector, and your home reaches eXp advisers and their buyers in other countries.
What the partnership changes for you
The person you deal with stays the same. We value, advise, show and negotiate, as before. What changes is how far your home travels, and how many homes we are able to show you.
An international network
eXp counted 83,060 agents and brokers at the end of 2025, in the United States, Canada and 27 other countries. Advisers abroad follow buyers in their own markets. With your agreement, we present your home to them directly, adviser to adviser.

When you choose the open market, we present your home on expluxury.fr, the eXp Luxury site of eXp France, and on LYVVE.com, the eXp search platform with listings from nearly 30 countries.

Your adviser lives and works in the hinterland. We price from recorded DVF sales in your sector, know the village planning rules and the notaires, and work in English, French, German and Polish.

eXp Luxury, in brief
eXp Luxury is the programme eXp Realty runs for high-value homes. Advisers join on their record. In Europe that means three closed sales of €1.5 million or more in 24 months, three sales at three times the local average price, or an approved certification.
eXp Realty belongs to AGNT, Inc., listed on Nasdaq and known as eXp World Holdings until June 2026.

Questions about eXp Luxury
What is eXp Luxury?
The eXp Realty programme for high-value homes. It started in the United States in October 2022 and opened in France in January 2024. Advisers qualify on their sales record or a certification, and their listings are shown on the programme’s own sites and across the eXp network.
Who is my adviser if I sell with La Reserve?
Your La Reserve adviser, from the first visit to the signature at the notaire. eXp advisers abroad introduce buyers. They do not take over your sale.
Will my home be advertised abroad if I want a private sale?
No. In a private sale nothing is published, in France or anywhere else. We share the details only with eXp advisers whose buyers match your home, and only with your agreement.
Does a buyer found through the network cost me more?
No. Our fee is the one set in your mandate. When an eXp adviser in another country introduces the buyer, the fee is shared inside the network and you pay nothing on top.
As a buyer, will you only show me homes listed with eXp?
No. As your adviser we search beyond our own listings, including homes listed by other agencies. The eXp network is one more source of homes on top of that.
