Cindy has sold homes and villas on the Côte d’Azur for more than twenty years, first in Antibes and Juan-les-Pins, then in Valbonne, Opio, Biot, Mougins and Châteauneuf-de-Grasse. She grew up between the coast and Valbonne, and this is where she has built her life. When she talks about a village or a neighbourhood, she knows what it was like twenty years ago and what it is now.
She has worked as a negotiator and as a team manager. She knows every stage of a sale, from valuation to signature, and what a client expects from the person representing them.
Cindy reads every file from the first meeting, so nothing in the paperwork surprises her clients at the notaire. She prefers simple, direct working relationships.
